As of today, my surgeries (I will need to undergo several) have been postponed, and the store sale has been completed. This gives me time to focus on resolving any pending, missing, or errored orders. I will do my best to address everything within the next two weeks.

"I apologize for the period of silence. Over the past two years, several personal and professional challenges—including health, family matters, and the sale of my store—required my full attention.
I have finally resolved most of these issues and expect to be fully back in office by early to mid-March. My immediate priority will be addressing any outstanding matters from the past. I am currently reviewing several ongoing projects and reconnecting with my artists to finalize a new line of models and accessories for the near future.
In a few weeks, I will provide a formal update on how to contact me regarding pending issues. Please hold off on emailing me for the moment, as I am setting up a new system to ensure every request is tracked and resolved efficiently.
